How janitorial services are priced
Priced by the crew hour, with supplies at cost. A 5,000 square foot office cleaned five nights a week usually runs $1,900 to $2,500 a month. Your walk-through sets the exact number, and you see the hours, the rate and the frequency before you sign anything.
